A: We maintain all state and federal licenses to posses narcotics for the purpose of training the dogs. If a company does not have a license to keep drugs on hand, how can their dogs maintain their training? We conduct a sweep, or inspection, not a search or an investigation. Some companies will say the drug sweep is an investigation, and a license is required. Remember that when we come in to your workplace, you are in control. If it is considered an investigation, it is far more intrusive and may not be in the best interest of the company or school. We simply handle the dog, and assist your staff in the sweep.
